Etaya understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. The following criteria must be met to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
About Refunds and Exchange:
1. We only accept refunds for accessories and standard size costume (not include the customized costume).
2. Due to the special size of customized costume, we do not accept return of customized costume.
3. Returns or changes must be made within 20 days of receiving orders.
4. We will offer 100% refund only for products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
5. If you want to return or exchange the costume by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.
6. You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided(U.S. customers are best to use USPS express). Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
About Cancellations:
1. We accept full refund and cancellations within 5 days for standard size costumes, props, wigs and accessories. Over 5 days, we will charge 30% of the order amount for labor costs.
2. We don’t accept refund and cancellations for customize costume, after we receive your order, our tailors will carefully compare the measurements you gave and start cutting the fabric and making it. Therefore, we will not accept cancellation of your order 2 days after your order has been placed. Please make a careful decision.
